
Ms. Tanu Sachdeva
She is currently working as an Assistant professor in VSBS, VIPS from the past three years. She has done her graduation (B.com h) from SRCC, Delhi University,2014, and Post-graduation (M.com) from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University,2016. Thereafter, she has completed MPhil from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University on the topic “Examining the relationship between individual spirituality, religious faith, and organizational performance” in 2019. Her research area includes spirituality, religion, and its impact on the personal and professional lives of individuals and has read many books and articles (apart from research papers) on this topic. She has been teaching corporate accounts, financial management, income tax, and GST from the past three years.
She has presented several research papers at various national and international conferences. Recently, she has presented a paper at the 7th PAN IIM World conference in 2019 and INDAM, IIM Trichy in 2020. Apart from these two recent conferences, she has also presented at IITs, FMS, and Delhi university international conferences.
Apart from this, she has been awarded the Best Paper presentation on the topic “Workplace Spirituality, Job Satisfaction and Performance: An Indian Perspective” at the National Conference on “Transforming Nation through: CSR, Financial Inclusion, Empowerment & Digitization” at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies in 2018.
Moreover, she has published various research papers in leading journals and conference proceedings.
