Ruchika is working as assistant professor at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. She is Ph.D. from B.I.T Mesra, Ranchi and a Gold Medallist in MBA (GGSIPU, Delhi). She is NET qualified and has more than nine years of experience in Academics. Her area of specialisation is Human Resource and Marketing. She was conferred with Best Teacher Award and has published articles in various international journals listed in ABDC and Scopus. She has presented research papers at various National and International conferences and won best research paper award. She has also authored a book titled ‘Services Marketing: Text and Cases’ in 2019. Apart from Academics, her interest lies in writing poetry and ‘Taj Mahal Review’ - International journal dedicated to art and poetry has recognised and published her work.
