
Dr. Kritika Nagdev
Dr Kritika Nagdev is an Assistant Professor at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. She has got eight years of experience in Academia and Industry.
She holds a Masters in Commerce in Advanced Marketing from University of Pune and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Balaji Institute of International Business, Pune. She qualified NET in Management with 99.04 percentile. Her credentials also include Coursera certification on Consumer Analytics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and Academic writing from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
She is a research and analytics enthusiast and is PhD in the area of marketing and consumer behaviour. Her research interest is into digital organisational designs that enhance customer relationship and her work has been published in journals of repute including emerald publications. She has been conferred with Best research paper award for two times, one of them has been awarded in association with International Journal of emerging markets, Emerald Publications. She is also a part of reviewer panel for SIMSARC, an annual conference of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune and a star rated reviewer among Inderscience publications review board. While she is passionate about teaching marketing genre subjects like Digital Marketing, Services Marketing, Strategic Management, Advertising and Brand Management along with training executives through workshops on research methodology and personal branding. She has one book to her credit titled ‘Services Marketing – Text & cases’
