Data Analytics

HR Analytics Training Program was conducted for VSBS students across courses of BBA and B.Com. The duration of the program was 30 hours which was conducted after the regular classes of the students. Overall 32 students participated in the program. Under the program concepts of HR and Research were discussed with the students along with the application of research in practical scenarios. The pedagogy used was lecture, discussion and problem solving. The program coordinator and instructor was Dr. Nikita Agrawal, Assistant Professor, VSBS, VIPS. The program got completed with the certificate distribution ceremony under the gracious presence of Prof. (Dr.) Rattan Sharma, Chairperson, VSBS, VIPS and Dr. Indira Bhardwaj, Dean, VSBS, VIPS. The program was successfully conducted with the good wishes and applaud of Prof. (Dr.) Rattan Sharma, Chairperson, VSBS, VIPS, Dr. Indira Bhardwaj, Dean, VSBS, VIPS, Faculty members and students.
